Rufy Gilmore: Deindustrialization and capitalism is like the catch all way of dealing with every social problem. It's like, well, we'll just solve it through this process that actually happens to produce a lot of profits. And so those are the kind of particular conditions that then define healthcare work as it grows. You have these two separate groups that get created socially where you have those who can benefit from collective bargaining and those excluded from collective bargaining.
