Changing the Focus of a Team of Engineers
When we were a team of four engineers, not to say we weren't all focused. But as we started up being able to our head count and separate into more of an m focus team, we were able to enough focus on those more ma specific problems. Andi, one thing was, i asked people if that's what they wanted. Products that were more experimental become aclear winners andd the teams grow.
