How to Interview for a New Job

The best thing that you can do is ask someone about themselves because people often in cybersecurity go unnoticed or unheard. And then two, don't jump into begging someone to be your mentor as it's kind of a weird question. When I would interview early on in my career, I would give a direct answer without asking any other questions in return. There was a lot of context and story building that I could have done to answer truly what the interviewer was asking.
