The Problems With Local Food Sources
I think there are folks that are managing to get this, get quality to scale and good conditions to scale. And so in the coffee world, one example is blue bottle coffee. But that's not a big chain, is it? They're growing really fast. Well, there's there in California,. they're in New York, they're in Tokyo. The other place we were talking about earlier, Chipotle, has had an E. coli break out. I don't know if we're seeing to see somebody else.
