Is Making Black Lives Matter?
You and a group of other social scientists put together what you call the police performance index, and you rank all the cities in the country. We see who are the top cities, which are the lower cities. But it's a very interesting way, i think, most importantly, to think about policing and criminal justice and the effects of black lives matter and all that stuff. So let's start there, and then we can brown the discussion about other stuff.
