How Long Does It Take to Get Optimal Health?

It takes years, not months to achieve optimal health. You could take it every morning and work out in the afternoon, but you probably have to be more consistent anywhere from two to four to six to eight weeks on a program to improve oxygen intake. So this same goes for all the adaptogens. I would ask yourself first, what is the body part or system you're trying to impact? How quickly does those cells replenish or how quickly that body system operates? And that would give you an indication on how long you need to be in a certain supplement or adaptogen or whatever routine.
