How to Speak in Part Two

If you don't understand something, you can ask the examiner for an example. And she or he will explain it to you in part two. But I bet again, in part one, they don't necessarily have to, but they often will, right? It's a gray area. OK, so there's a little wiggle room there, right? Wiggle room. That's good. What does that mean? Makes me want to dance.
