Menlo-Like Mentality in Education

A lot of these mentalities that people bring to the workplace to bring to their career, it starts at the high school level. I wish we could start people much younger with this mindset. So they don't wake up at 22 when they hit the so-called real world and then have to learn that everything they've told me about how the real world works is not exactly how it works. Menlo isn't ubiquitous in the way we think in the business world and certainly not in the education world, but it's not nonexistent. It's there, it's happening. What we need are good learners. We need good problem solvers.
