i design and run immersive, multi week programmes for tean agers and college aged people. I offer two to three unique programes a year, ranging in length from four to 12 weeks. It's essentially a c age master abroad for kids who aren't going to college. Most people assume that taking care of groups of teans for weeks at a time must be incredibly stressful. But otherwise it's pretty easy. i credit this to my insistence that we only axcept tean ager who really want to be on our programmes. Their parents are not to sign them up. They have to fill out the application and convince us in a 30 minute skipe interview that they really want to
