There was nothing putting washington at the scene they needed someone to turn on him. There was another weird lead that came up kind of unexpectedly this 28-year-old dishwasher with a record for forging checks put himself on police's radar by calling in a tip. The last thing one of the investigators heard is that this suspect was deceased now and this was the case over and over lead after lead would come in it would be vetted seem really plausible and investigators would get their hopes up just before having to start right back at the beginning, says crime junkie if you're into crimes.
