They can analyze data and poling, which is so intricate and granularized now that in swing districts and in national elections there's very little difference. So elections are always going to be close. And what better way for the democrats to contest every close election going forward than to institute nation wide mal and voting and make it mandatory? He says they will destroy voter idea laws, and then just challenge it every time it's close and say, now we didn't lose.
