Introduction
This morning, in lieu of a normal episode, we will be practising a very special recharging meditation meant to help you release the grogginess and heaviness of your rest. You can begin lying down in your bed or sitting in a comfortable position. Try keeping your as alined as possible, as long as that is comfortable for your body. Focus now on inhaling a loving energy and exhaling all resistance and stress. With each natural inhale, you will be receiving energetic sunlight. And with every exhale, your releasing some of your previous day and night,. Until you begin to feel lighter, and theGrogginess will melt awaywith every exhale.
