Introduction

Tarsal novicular fractures are rare fractures of the mid foot that may occur due to trama or due to repetitive micro stress. Diagnosis can be made with plane radiographs of the foot. Treatment is generally non operative, with casta mobilization and non weight bearing. surgical management is indicated for non unions, significantly displaced fractures and for leat athletes.
