I was just ranting against the state of economic discourse and using Piketty as a crutch. I don't question his basic premise, but just internally, I think it's probably likely to be true. It still bothers me to this day that all four of the US investment banks were not allowed to go by the wayside. If you don't want to read, a lot of books can be summarized in a short space.
