San francisco has problems that it just can't seem to solve for decades. A scientific survey shows residents overwhelmingly name three main problems with this city. On fixing our city, we answer four questions from k c e d listeners and from our assignment editor. We'll also hear first hand from more people living without a home in the nine county bay area.
