The Shennong Clan and the Nine Clans
The peasho was born as a ward against evil spirits. It came to be the mascot of the army and the imperial era due to its ferocity. The Shennong clan joined forces with Huang Di in an alliance known as the Hwasia. They would meet the army of the Nine Clans at the Battle of Duolu, which ended in stalemate.
