The Trans-Pacific Partnership: A Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement
CPTPP stands for the comprehensive and progressive agreement for the Trans-Pacific Partnership. It's essentially a bunch of countries that surround the Pacific, including China. The UK has been trying with seemingly ever greater desperation to demonstrate that Brexit was worthwhile because we can sign all these trade deals. Most of the deals they've signed are just deals that the EU already had.
