The Restoration of the Church of England
levels of nonconformity vary around the country. In some, especially urban centres, like norwich, very significant proportions are nonconformists. It isn't until 16 89 that a toleration is is agreed by parliament that extends to protestants - but not atheists or catholics. But there is still a broad spectrum of opinion within the church of england.
