Is Your Son's Mandrix the Lady of the Mandrake?

Jacob's firstborn, his name is, is Reuben. He goes out into the field and he finds these fruits are called mandrix. They were used for medicinal purposes but also associated with having powers of an aphrodisiac. These mandrix are supposed to not only create the desire for sex, but also to enable a woman to become pregnant. So she sees Rachel see Reuben, who's Leah's son.
