How to Be a Master Craftsman

If you want to be a master, that fundamentally isn't the guy who just showed up on the job. He kind of knows what a roller is. And he can kind of slap a few things together. That's not a master. If you go to the 10,000-hour idea, it wouldn't be 10,000 hours of simply rolling out walls. No, you would be so good at rolling out wall. But that's not all that you do in painting. Maybe if that's, that was your niche, I guess. It's not just going to be rolling out these walls. So yeah, and you have to think through that.
