Tony's fingerprints were found on boxes of Benadro, which you'd expect. But they didn't actually compare Megan's prints to any of the ones that they found. What why? I have no idea. The judge does end up siding with them. And that confession is partially excluded. There are still two other confessions because he had that other one at the hospital and then one at the station, which are still fair game.
