i caught a line that as i was preparing to talk to you today. You were talking about the idea of imagining and i'm paraphrasing so i'll let you tell it incomplete but imagining the horror even if it doesn't happen imagine feeling it. I always think of stoicism is like you know think of think through the worst case scenarios live them in your mind then when some of these bad things happen you're not so surprised well that's exactly right.
