You Don't Want Trans Fats

If you're cutting somewhere around 40% of protein, 40% daily calories from protein,. 40% from carbs, 20% from fats. So eat enough healthy fats. Trans fats are really bad, trans fats are horrible for the body. They just basically break you. The next strategy here is to just chill out. When your body's stressed, it produces cortisol. It's a catabolic hormone, meaning that it breaks down both muscle and fat tissue. But also, cortisol can interfere with testosterone production. If there is another energy surplus, you can gain more belly fat.
