Mumba is not just any open area, right? It's this mega city. How does urban policy change for a mega city like that? So there are certain challenges for a city that is governed at a scale that it is. And we find that therefore, the local government has to be keeping in mind the challenges of being adequately provisioning for a very, very large number of people and especially a large work force.
