Is There a Eureka Moment in Mental Health?
I knew that mental health was the crisis of our era, and so i really just put my head down like all of us, trying to do good work. I started writing this book a couple of years before the pandemic. Why have we failed so spectacularly as a fiel mental health, when we have great science and solutions? There's complex links there, but i don't think we can lay it all at the feet,. so to speak, of technology, even though it can be a problem.
