I generally take criticism identically, whether or not i thinkt valid criticism or invalid criticism. In the moment of criticism, i just take it identically, which is to say, ha, thank you. And then i decide later whether or not I give a fock about what that person is thins. There's a lot of, there's a lot to be learned from bad criticism, honestly. But all criticism is data.
