Congressman Michael McCall says the White House's response to protests in China is "inexcusable" He says President Obama should have said, 'We celebrate this protest. The emperor Xi has no clothes now' and that we can use it as an opportunity for U.S., he says. McCall: I introduced chips for America two and a half years ago at Biden's Secretary Pompeo meeting. It's really a Trump's national security team's idea to get us off of Taiwan by manufacturing semiconductor chips there.
