Aren't They Going to Be Covered by Medicaid?

I applaud people that are thinking outside of the box to help our fellow man. It makes more sense to me to have them in the stations than on the actual trains. But like I said, I don't want people being saddled with giant bills. The idea that this is going to be covered by Medicaid for all these people, not necessarily true. Also, we don't need Medicaid getting gouged by these for-profit hospitals either.
