The Importance of Listening to the Right People

But there's another example of a two-tiered system of justice: President Clinton wasn't indicted when he kept the 79 tapes of foreign policy information in a sock drawer due to the Presidential Records Act. And then Clinton and other people who have kept records that weren't presidents were never indicted. There's no way we should be at an indictment phase of a document. For the DOJ to unleash the FBI in this political environment is absolutely insane.
