A blurrid distinction between the public self and the private self was once the near exclusive hall mark of totalitarian regimes. The psychological ramifications to a person's sense of privacy and individuality are devastating, according to many personal accounts i heard from people raised under oppressive state regimes. And that will make you, of course, subject to extortion and everything else, especially if you have stuff in there you don't want people to see. Nothing about crimes. I'm talking about like stuff, you know. T i mean, i say one of the ironies of the unfolding, unfolding surveillance state sounds.
