chapter 18 logically follows from the whole controversy around the Levi's and Cora. It delineates once more the various responsibilities of theLevi's and the priest. So these, these Levi's are not priest, but they are of the tribe of Levi, but they're not of the family of Aaron. The Levi's were in charge of carrying the sacred utensils of the tabernacle.
