Hiroshi Talks About Jinko

Jinko was denied parole in 2004. He was released in 2010. Now he's 48, which is still alive and well. And he was arrested again in 2013 for fraud. But then they didn't have enough evidence. So they had to drop the charges and he was released from hold. The weird thing is that if you do know him or if you know someone who knows him, the weird thing is he's never once showed remorse. "I don't want Hiroshi to feel like, oh, because his parents paid this restitution that he shouldn't feel guilt or shame," she says.
