The Power of Permission in the Workplace

The 62 profile finally helped me understand what it is that I really need like the role model totally resonated with me, and so many different ways but the hermit made me look at myself in the mirror. And then we realized how few moments I offer myself, and separately from other people. Every time I do I come away so clear and so myself again and so settled and grounded. Another thing that has been offered to me in the human design space that has really really really helped was that I actually needed permission. I couldn't believe how much permission. I needed to just go keep on myself.
