There's this whole corrupt thing to get billing hours up just by having the process go multiple years went by many, many hundreds of thousands of dollars of legal fees to get the answerMany years later. So bankruptcy law is designed to transfer the money from the company to the advisors and lawyers, full stop. It's a cynical view, but it comes in.
