St. Louis County PD, the largest police department in the region and the largest 911 call center dispatch center in the region as well. Each one of those PSAPs collects data differently. It took months and months to get just one county, one PSAPs data. And then the process of aggregating and harmonizing that data to be able to actually analyze it would have taken even longer.
