The Premier League does not have a five-year statute of limitations. The UEFA has rules with regards to where evidence comes from, and it can't come from illegal sources. I suspect that some of the evidence which is going to be put forward by the Premier League ultimately has come from the football leagues and Dege people and the Portuguese hacker. If these charges are proven, could other clubs think that they've also got a claim in terms of how far this potentially go in terms of the ramifications?
