In October of 2022, investors were only willing to pay a multiple of about 16 times earnings. If you fast forward to where we are in middle of 2023, the exact opposite has happened all this year. I think mostly what we've seen this year is fear of missing out. People sat out so much last year, they felt they missed any kind of a run up.
