So explain the CAA blueprint what you were doing and how different that was from typical VCs yeah so basically if you looked at the talent agency business before CAA when Michael started in 75 I think it was kind of you know you had you looked at any firm you had agents. So as an agent the firm would generate 10% overrideYeah 10% commission on there some would go to pay for the secretaries in the mailroom guys and then the rest would go to the agents.
