There is no 400 billion dollar slush fund. The va. Can't just move money around it their own whim. That's all directed by congress, and with oversight of congress. And i will continue to work as long as i have to work to get this bill across the finish line. Why? Because important. It's what this country stands for and it's who we are as a nation. If we don't live up to our promises, how can we expect anybody to live up to any deal that we make?
