Optical Optogenetics - Getting Light to the Brain

In general, what are the different ways of getting light to these actuators? Experimentally, how? How can you get light where it needs to go. I think i can take that one if you want. That's the only technique i can think of that isn't fundamentally an engineered proteimand we talked a little bit about a multi poton approach. Think might be my, my turn, my turn,. possibly.
