Is Zae Flowers a Good Prospect?

Zae Flowers is one of the toughest prospects for me this year. He just has a weird profile on my model. His breakout age was not super strong and he's kind of old now. The dynasty community typically doesn't go for that profile either. I might still draft him in rookie drafts depending on what the market does.
