The State of Emergency in Oakland, California Following the Ransomware Attack
The Belarusian cyber partisans, dissident hacktivists released a 335 gigabyte dump of emails and other files obtained from Roskom Nadzor's General Radio Frequency Center Division. Oakland continues to experience a network outage that has left several non-emergency systems, including phone lines within the city of Oakland, impacted or offline. This month's patches saw fixes from Microsoft, Apple, SAP, Citrix, Mozilla, and Adobe. Today is the last day in office of Chris Inglis, the first US cyber director.
