Bob Greene: I don't think before you started this company, you had a wide nutritional background. And so one of the benefits of your work right now clearly is to help people thinking about eating right. But why don't you go from a big picture standpoint and let's try and unpack obesity in America. He says food is like a drug and it is an incredibly effective drug. The reaction that your body has to those kinds of carbohydrates and sugar is just absolutely catastrophic when taken in the quantities that people are taking them in.
