What Does Rebuilding Look Like for the Ukrainians?
Ukrainian authorities are working just to restore electricity to the city. Do we know why Russia retreated? Well, I think the story there is probably the same as it is in so many of these places. Their military has proven to be ill-equipped. We've just seen this sort of repeat itself over and over again where the Russian lines keep collapsing.
