The Curse of the Templars in Portugal

The templars were sitting on a lot of property and they had failed to get another crusade off the ground. The king of portugal actually thought well what's his order doing now they're not doing anything useful so i'll have my land back as it turned out in fact after the templars had been abolished and he'd set up a new religious order to look after their lands they turned out to be extremely useful to him but that is another story. There seems to be a lot of mystery surrounding curses and the fact that the friday the 13th is now unlucky because of that reason.
