I don't know what the story is with Shane Welsh. His lack of form, he's just a shadow of the player. Now we're close to the performances he was putting in last year. He would have taught that this would have been a game where he would have stamped his mark on us. Things have changed since I played. And even since you've played more in relation to the season and the structure of us,. So it's hard to kind of compare like with like. The other thing is that the competition in the squads, we talk about the squad. They did build a squad this year but keeping that competition is what will keep performance to your top players at the highest level
