Between the moment Pung crossed the Yalu on October 25th and July 1951, a total of five major campaigns were fought. The way Joe worked, he made the decision whether something was important enough to rise to Mao's level. It had to be really important. Otherwise, Joe handled things personally. This was indeed one of the worst times ever in Jung-Mae Guanshi.
