The Burr Method - No Money Down

The bur method is one of my favorite tegies for investing without needing a lot of cash. If the numbers work outright, an investor could get into a deal for very little money out of pocket. Equity burr realisted investing allows investors to build some serious equity right off the bat. Property can bring in more rent if rehabed, even if it's an older building. After that first house, it's easy to use the bur method as an investment strategy.
