Culture means different things to different people. You, I think as founders, you kind of define it yourselves by your activities, behaviors and what you value. And the culture and the core values are almost kind of like the self-regulating mechanism that everybody kind of operates in a similar way. It's almost like a self-policing. The important thing is how do you compress that time to as low as humanly possible? That needs to be aggressive.
