Is APL a Typed Functional Language?
Q and K, it's number one is performance, number two is feature functionality. I prefer personally typed languages, and a language like Haskell, it's very irritating anytime. So they're really independent of each other in a way. As long as there is an internal representation of the type, it's possible for the thing that's in control of output representation to include that as a hint,. but it's not necessary.
